Samsung Introduces World’s Thinnest Blu-Ray Player and Blu-Ray Home Theater Soundbar Samsung introduced two Blu-ray players within its Home Theater line-up at CES 2009. The BD-P4600 is the world’s thinnest Blu-ray disc player featuring a unique design, measuring 1.5 inches thick, that can either be wall-mounted or placed on a table at a 25 degree angle. The HT-BD8200 is the world’s first home theater soundbar that combines a Blu-ray player and wireless subwoofer to deliver a streamlined, HD surround sound solution.
